Leslie Hancock

Founder of Team Hancock, Leslie is a widely-recognized and respected leader in Seattle-Eastside real estate. Her phenomenal real estate success stems from her deeply personal and passionate commitment to understanding and fulfilling her client’s goals. Her soft-spoken approach hides an iron will and inexhaustible enthusiasm to help others achieve their life goals. Leslie’s clients benefit from her vast professional network and strong personal team’s ability to provide solutions to virtually any real estate question. Combining their proven expertise, Leslie and her team ensure each client an exceptional experience with the individual attention and service excellence they deserve. A licensed agent since 1990, Leslie continues to be in the top 5% of Windermere agents nationwide with an annual sales volume of over 30 million.
Leslie is also a mother of 5 grown children and "Nana" to 18 grandchildren. She has been married to her sweetheart Denny for over 41 years.
Leslie loves to be outdoors and enjoys all the Northwest has to offer. Leslie is an avid skier and former instructor. She loves motorcycling with her husband and the many adventures it brings. Leslie can be found running, playing tennis, road biking and boating.
Leslie is Co-founder and Chairman of the Board of Mamma’s Hands, a non-profit organization serving the homeless and women and children in crisis throughout the Greater Seattle area.
Denny Hancock
